Company Announcement – New Practice Head Appointment

Problems Solved are delighted to announce that we have expanded our team with Hayden Organ being appointed as Practice Head for ‘Supply chain & Warehousing’.

Hayden joins Problems Solved bringing a wealth of experience from a long and distinguished career in Supply Chain and Logistics, holding several Senior Director roles with Kuehne and Nagel and Leidos Europe and more recently as Programme Lead within STRATCOM in the MOD responsible for a number of initiatives as well as being seconded for a short period in support of the NHS during the COVID pandemic.  

Problems Solved Operations Director, Freddy Rasmussen said of the appointment: “Hayden's experience and knowledge of both the Supply chain & Logistics Industry and the Defence Sector brings great strength to our business, I am delighted to welcome him into the Problems Solved family. His input from a supply chain solution and technology perspective will be hugely significant as we move to the next phase of our business’ growth and expansion. The expansion of the team, attracting and acquiring talented people is another indication of the commitment Problems Solved is making to ensure controlled and sustainable growth in the business over the coming years. Growth which has been rapid since 2019; growth which Problems Solved have every desire to maintain whilst keeping customers and colleagues engaged and delighted throughout.
