Connect with TwC Members

In conventional conversations it often feels like we are banging our heads together.

We raise our voices, trying to be heard, get our point across, persuade someone, be right, win the argument and so on. There is a time and place for such things. But not here.

When working with personal growth and professional development, there is a need for a different kind of conversation, ones that are heart-to-heart. In this group, when we speak, we do so to hear, to put our thoughts and feelings into words, to understand ourselves and believe in ourselves. We speak quietly and listen to understand what is really important to us, to uncover what we truly believe in, and maybe to find a solution to a problem; and then take action. Problems and challenges are keys and doors to deeper understanding of who we are, why we are here and what we are doing with our work and our lives. We welcome them. We use them to learn and grow.

TwC members are invited (expected) to reach out to other members - to connect and have a conversation about coaching in schools in classrooms,
