Bloggers Alliance journey completed its 4 years yesterday. Our theme for 4th anniversary is 3C viz. Connection. Collaboration. Co-creation.

Let me discuss today how connection, collaboration & co-creation help in creating win-win propositions, thus facilitating co-creation of stories and brands together.

Connection 

So what do I mean by connection? Is it genuine relationships, emotional connect, creating win win propositions or more? Let me share a story which says it all.

On Bonding and Deeper Relationships

The disciple, “Guruji, I am very disturbed these days. Are we basically selfish? Are our base feelings stronger than higher emotions? Does our communication reveal our selfishness? And most importantly are we all selfish or some of us are?”

The Guru, “You have fired a volley of questions. Let me answer in brief one by one. Firstly, to make it simple we can have a scale where one end represents base feelings and the other end represents higher emotions. We all belong to different points on the scale depending upon our evolution and level of consciousness. It is like being at different points in the journey.”

He continues, “Selfish thoughts often come to the mind first because of our self protection mechanism, yet we also feel guilty. We cannot stop the thoughts from coming yet we can stop them from staying.”

The disciple, “So what do we do, till the time we evolve.”

The Guru, “Empathetic listening is very crucial for good personal and professional relationships. One more crucial element is highlighting higher emotions and downplaying base feelings in our written and oral communications. A combination of both (empathetic listening & highlighting higher emotions) would result in genuine bonding in relationships.” 

Collaboration 

Bloggers Alliance has collaborated with more than 20 partners in past 4 years (watch video for more details). Recently Bloggers Alliance and Kids Chaupal co-created an event "Tarang", which was organised at India International Centre, New Delhi. The event included launch of 3 books authored by children, awards for child influencers and intellectually stimulating panel discussions on ChatGPT and reading habits.

At a panel discussion at Tarang on "ChatGPT vs Human Generated Content", I talked about Human machine collaboration in context of ChatGPT. For example you can create a basic blog with ChatGPT and then add personal experiences, stories, anecdotes and human / emotional touch.

Time to Become a Storyteller

Co-Creation

Co-creations can be done not only with partners but also team members (volunteers in case of non-profits). We launched an eBook yesterday "Enhancing Business Performance through Generative AI". The eBook is a good example of co-creation, as it is a compilation of blogs by our Technology Storyteller Unnati Kohli (blogs have been published on NASSCOM community), and the eBook has been published by Bloggers Alliance. Besides the blogs, the eBook has added value including interview with Former President of NASSCOM Dr Kiran Karnik, glossary, summary of AI tools etc. (Contact us to get Free Copy)

What next?

So what does one do next after the collaborations and co-creations? We can make it deeper, more meaningful and more powerful.

We are looking forward to Deeper Connections, more Meaningful Collaborations and even more Powerful Co creations with our partners and volunteers in the coming year.
