Consumers and Creators

Today, anyone can be a publisher, create content, and communicate with their audience. Just by having a profile on LinkedIn, you have the ability to create and distribute content according to your wishes and needs. These possibilities are currently used by a very small number of people considering the number of registered LinkedIn users, and this is where your advantage lies, of course, only if you decide to publish content on LinkedIn.

It is enough to connect with people you want to communicate with and regularly publish some form of content. LinkedIn gives you a unique opportunity to contribute your knowledge, personality and attitude to those you value, collaborate with, or would like to do business with. Nothing can be compared to the authentic posts of individuals who gather around themselves small or large communities of those who want to communicate with real people.

The individual is the one at the center and self branding enhances all of that. We are all content consumers and creators at the same time. The most creative ones give their best through the content they publish; others consume content and contribute in their own unique way. So, all doors are open to creative individuals and that is very good.

The market is changing and there are many possible directions in which the market will develop, but surely creative individuals who gather smaller or larger communities will contribute a lot to the development of business models that are just emerging. Dear friends, be proactive, publish authentic content, and create relationships that can raise the quality of business and business communication to an even higher level.

And finally, 99% of people on LinkedIn are not your audience, clients or your potential partners. What they post or comment only distracts you from what is important to you. The key to success on LinkedIn for this edition of my newsletter would be: pay attention to those with whom you would collaborate in real life, those with whom you would gladly drink coffee and talk. If among the countless profiles on LinkedIn you find a few good friends, people who inspire you, people with whom you will do business, or people who will help you when you experience a setback in your career - that will be worth more to you than the ego gratification of hundreds of likes and comments from people you will never get to know better.

Thank you for following and I wish you success.
