The Resilience Project is a pioneering, award-winning and globally recognised youth-led organisation.
We exist to mitigate the staggering rates of burnout, climate anxiety and poor mental health in young people today. Considered a ‘watering hole’, The Resilience Project resources young people to become resilient and effective changemakers. We believe that by nurturing resilience, compassion, and strength within ourselves and our communities, we can create lasting and sustainable change in the world.
We have been given a small grant to hire someone experienced in growing, scaling and managing organisations shifting from start-up to scale up. We are seeking a COO with a passion for youth engagement, resilience and social entrepreneurship.
