First and foremost, you need to know and identify your prospective client to have a successful strategy.
Everything starts with this. You also need to know your prospective client's main needs and wants.
Once you've established this - it's a matter of asking yourself how you can speak to the needs & wants of your prospect in a way that is:
Here's the strategy:
Tell me, is your business dealing with the fatal flaw costing you sales?
"Umm… I don't know Chaz. What's this fatal flaw exactly?"
The fatal flaw is not having Sales and Marketing on the same page.
It puzzles me that many founders and CEOs I've spoken with have siloed their sales and marketing teams.
Either that, or they need a Proven Sales Process or Marketing Strategy working like hand in glove.
Not having a Proven Sales & Marketing Strategy working in alignment is recipe for frustration and your business going down in smoke.
With my decades of experience, I'm convinced this could prevent your business from reaching its full potential.
Whenever I get a new client, one of the first things I do is bring the Sales and Marketing people into the same meeting room.
Or, if the founder doesn't have sales and marketing people…
…I sit down with them and walk through a system for creating a proven sales process and marketing strategy and how they work together.
They go hand in hand. This is the root of a successful strategy.
Let me break down TTABS to bring it all together.
In the first session, I gave an example of how I changed a Tactic from cold outreach to people who didn't know my clients to have them start Live Events, which 3X their meetings and increased their show-up rate by 41%, but it didn't happen overnight.
They had to learn how to implement the Live LinkedIn Event Tactic with the proper Technique to attract the right audience and keep their attention.
I described how one of my clients was not inviting as many people to the Live Events as he could because he was scared if too many people showed up, some might know more than him (Imposter Syndrome).
I helped him shift his mindset, so he changed his A-Attitude and started inviting the correct number of prospects. B-Behaviors
When my clients start doing Live Events, it's essential to incorporate the right S-Strategy to address the needs and wants of the prospects in the audience. Do this correctly and fill your calendar with qualified prospects.
One example is a client who worked through each step of T-T-A-B-S. He went from 2 unqualified meetings per week to 6 qualified meetings.
