Copy of One of the Most Important Productions of My Career

This past Wednesday I sat down with Heliana Ramirez, Ph.D., L.I.S.W. to learn more about the work she is doing with her company Hostile Workplace Recovery, LLC .

Nearly 300 people responded to the event and those who came were privy to an eye opening discussion about the realities of what individuals go through, how it affects their nervous systems and the neuroscience behind it.

Dr. Ramirez touched on so much nuance that it evoked a very emotional response.

It is for that reason that I wanted to share this video in my newsletter. A medium on LinkedIn that ensures all 19,000+ subscribers are in the very least notified.

So here it is, Healing Workplace Abuse in Community: A New Approach to Work-Related Trauma Recovery.

*Thank you to John Espirian for his help in troubleshooting issues I faced in embedding the video into this newsletter.

Now, given how important this is, I am teaming with Heliana and Rupinder Legha, MD for at least two more events to be held on October 30 and November 13th. These events will take a look at Crisis Care, how it currently operates, the faults within and then what can be done to create a better way of doing it.

These are powerful conversations with powerful human beings leading the charge.

We hope to see you there.
