Standard of Living is more the General Term or used for Country Level. Everyone wants to live a wealthy life. Every Future Economist needs to figure out how a person can live a rich and Healthy life in a new world with more cities.

The Cost of Living includes necessities like Food, Healthcare, Housing, Electricity, and Taxes. I want to also consider Skill Upgradation as a necessary cost to increase earnings in the 21st Century.

The Cost of Living and Standard of Living are complementary to each other. As cities are more Crowded and more mapped, it becomes easy to do surveys and measure the Cost of City Living. To understand how to provide a "Standard of Living," You need to understand the City's Cost of Living.

From the above 3 points, you already figure out that The cost of Living in the City will be going to rise. But it depends upon how people manage their City.
