Your referral program's "theme" name for the year is the first impression clients will have, so make it count! Craft a catchy, meaningful theme that resonates with your agency brand, your target audience and showcases your agency's core values.

Tip #2: Define Your "Why"

People are more likely to refer your agency when they understand the unique value you offer. Clearly define and document the reasons why clients should choose you – over and above any and all other options available to them - be it your unique value, unparalleled care, agency standards or community engagement.

Train your team consistently to communicate these consistently across all client interactions.
