Point in Data & Analysis: 100% Agree on identifying UX issues early on and fixing those as quickly as possible to heal the conversion rate asap. Additionally, user acceptance testing is just as crucial users guide you on how to fix this - to some extent. Of course a bonus and another effective way around effective data analysis is performing a multivariate testing to fully and better understand combinations of various website elements working simultaneously.
