Customers First

Earlier today Confident Contracts became publicly available for free 14-day trials. My startup has come this far thanks to input from prospective customers and beta testers about the features they value most.

One thing I hear from customers is that they are reluctant to introduce yet another app into their workflow. Many have asked me how they can keep everything in one place: All of their contracts, related documents, everything, regardless of the agreement type.

Well I have good news: It is now possible to summarize and store any type of agreement in my software, Confident Contracts. Testing of this major new enhancement was completed in the weeks leading up to today’s launch. This enhancement was originally envisioned by me as a “version 2.0” capability. I’m proud of the work my developers did to meet customer demand sooner rather than later.

The work is by no means done. The available Confident Summary™ templates can be customized further, and new template types can be created. I invite customers and trial users to tell me what matters in their agreements, so that templates can be built to meet their exact needs. Customers know what’s best for their organizations, and I know how to meet those requirements while maintaining the ease-of-use that Confident Contracts is becoming known for.

It’s truly a new day for my startup, thanks to my customers.

Here’s a little gift to show my appreciation: Hudson Valley Sunrise is a photo I took in 2012, featured above and on the background of Confident Contracts’ registration page. Click here to view and download a full resolution copy for your personal use.
