Members of the Northern Ireland Bar had a very enjoyable evening when we said thanks to Mr Justice Horner for his 'tour of duty' as the Chancery Judge in Northern Ireland. He has now been assigned to the Commercial Court and will take with him his pragmatic and clear approach to dispute resolution.
