The 2024 Huawei Europe Enterprise Roadshow is set to visit 54 cities across 21 European countries, and today, it made a stop in Dublin, Ireland. The sun was shining, adding a bright note to the event.

Huawei has established a significant presence in Ireland over the past 20 years, investing more than €250 million in R&D. According to a recent Amarach Research report, Huawei's annual economic impact in Ireland is estimated at €0.81 billion, supporting over 6,100 jobs, including 543 full-time employees.

This year's roadshow theme, "Digital & Green, Accelerate Industrial Intelligence," focused on global market perspectives, innovation trends, and updates on cutting-edge technologies in networking, storage, and optical domains. Highlights included scenario-based solutions such as Wi-Fi 7, 10Gbps Cloud Campus, AI storage, SSDs, Fiber-to-the-Home, and Green Datacenter Interconnect.

The event emphasised creating a smarter, more connected, and sustainable Ireland, aiming to accelerate industrial intelligence and unleash Ireland's digital potential. Huawei stressed the importance of the convergence of green and digital transitions, viewing these as key drivers for the sustainable development of European industries. Huawei is at the forefront of this transformation.
