The Director of Finance will play a critical role in supporting their growth through financial modeling, accounting oversight, investment analysis, and strategic acquisitions. Key responsibilities include conducting accounting and financial analyses for existing properties, value-add acquisitions, and new investments, preparing detailed investment presentations, contributing to the research and analysis of new acquisitions and key sustainability initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, will demonstrate strong financial acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Our client is an owner and operator of a growing portfolio of more than 1,000 units of multifamily rental properties here in the Long Beach area. This is an impressive young company that has accomplished a lot in only a few years and continues to grow. They have their eye on properties that institutional groups overlook. These 100 units and under investments with mid-century modernism designs are classic California real estate and a joy to restore. Our client owns and manages several of these properties in addition to hospitality product from Laguna Beach to Long Beach and all the way up to the Saint Helena wine country.
