Conference Season Recap
The past few months we had the opportunity to spend time with some great recruiting organizations at their national conferences. It was exciting to see everyone back together, and the overall success that firms have had over the last year. Most have recovered from Covid in a HUGE way, with record breaking years in 2021. Topics addressed ranged from the importance of social media to expanding your firm through new industries or services like contract staffing. It's amazing to see the positive impact these events have on their members. Educating, encouraging, and challenging each other to always do better, and refine their recruiting expertise. I would recommend all recruiters find a peer group or network with these opportunities!
