Divine Intervention Through the Power of Women

Dear Mindful Leaders,

Have you ever felt the ground beneath you shift?

That moment when the world around you becomes illuminated with Divine clarity is no coincidence—it’s God, orchestrating a masterstroke.

Let me take you into a story that has been etched in my soul since Thursday—a story that made me rethink what it means to be changed, reshaped, and brought back to life by Divine Intervention.

Michael Franzese’s story shook me to my core, hitting me with a tidal wave of emotion I wasn’t prepared for. Michael was a man who, by all accounts, should have been lost forever in a world of crime, violence, and betrayal. But it wasn’t fear that shook him—it was love. His wife stepped into his life, wielding more power than any crime boss could ever dream of, and did what no one else could do.

She became his Divine catalyst, an instrument of God, reshaping him from a hardened mafia thug into a man of God.

That’s the power of a woman.

That’s the transformative power of a woman—God’s secret weapon in shaping destinies. As Proverbs 31 so beautifully reminds us, "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."

This verse?

It isn’t just a platitude—it’s a battle cry.

Women laugh in the face of fear because they are the embodiment of God’s intervention on earth. They create the epiphanies that break men free from their chains. They spark defining moments.

Michael’s defining moment wasn’t in a mob sit-down or a courtroom. It was in his home, next to the woman who refused to give up on him, the woman who believed that even in his brokenness, God had a purpose for him.

That is what real power looks like.

And if you think it’s rare, think again. These women are all around us.

Now, let's get real—many of us are guilty of missing these Divine Interventions.

We’re too distracted by the noise of success, the grind, the ego that tells us we can do it all alone. But if you look closely, there are women—wives, mothers, daughters, partners—who quietly, steadfastly, reshape our destinies. God speaks through them. And let me tell you, if you're lucky enough to recognize it, your world will turn upside down in the best way possible.

For me, I can’t help but flash back to my own defining moments. For much of my adult life, an average perfect day meant waking up next to a pregnant wife, surrounded by the laughter of my young children. Those mornings grounded me. They were more than just routine—they were God’s daily reminder that the greatest forces in our lives don’t come with a title or office. They come with love, resilience, and the ability to see us when we can’t see ourselves.

Now, even after the pain of my divorce, I feel God’s hand guiding me toward a new chapter, and my heart burns with the divine purpose to remarry and once again fill my home with the love, laughter, and blessing of children, for I know this is part of the greater plan He has for me.

The Rule of Benedict

The Rule of Benedict teaches us, “Always we begin again.”

And guess who often helps us begin again?

Women.

The ones who have the power to forgive, to nurture, to breathe life into our dreams and, when necessary, to put us back on the path God intends.

Let’s pause for a moment to reflect on the role women play in leading a life of Mindful Ethics. True ethics isn't just about making decisions that benefit us in the short term—it’s about being aware of the people God places in our lives to guide our moral compass. Ethics is built on the relationships we cultivate, on how we treat others, and on how we allow them to shape us in moments of vulnerability.

The influence of a good woman is one of the most powerful ethical lessons God gives us. As mindful leaders, recognizing these defining moments is not just important—it’s essential.

As mindful leaders, it is imperative that we recognize the significance of these defining moments. The story of Michael Franzese challenges us to embrace our vulnerabilities and recognize the strength that lies in community and relationships. We, too, can be the source of support and encouragement for others.

Romans 12:9 speaks volumes: 'Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.' This wisdom captures the essence of Divine Intervention through the love and strength of women. There’s an ethical weight here that aligns perfectly with the transformative power we experience through their support. When love is genuine, when we hold fast to goodness, we witness profound transformation—not just within ourselves, but in how we lead and live.

As Mindful Godly CEOs, we are called to lead with purpose, driven by Divine Intention. But how do we truly embrace this calling?

It begins by recognizing and harnessing the Divine Influence surrounding us, especially through the women in our lives. Let me show you how: Embrace the Influence of Women in Your Life.

  1. Embrace the Influence of Women in Your Life: Don’t just give lip service to the women around you—elevate them. Understand that without their divine influence, you’re operating at half power.
  2. Accept the Divine Interventions: When God sends a woman into your life with a message—listen. Whether she’s your wife, mother, colleague, or friend, her presence is not accidental. It’s part of God’s plan to push you toward the next defining moment.
  3. Act Boldly, with Compassion: Let the love you’ve received fuel your leadership. Lead with the strength of the women who stand beside you. Let their compassion shape your decision-making and lead with empathy.

In Matthew 5:7, Jesus reminds us, “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.” The most powerful leaders are often those who know how to show mercy, to lead with grace, and to recognize when someone’s love and faith can bring about the most profound transformations. This speaks directly to how women can shift our moral compass and help us find the right ethical path.

Michael’s wife didn’t just save his soul—she unleashed his potential. She became his Divine partner, the conduit of God’s grace. I have seen it again and again in my life. There’s something unstoppable about a woman who sees God’s vision for your life before you do.

Another guiding truth from the Rule of Benedict says, “Listen with the ear of your heart.

Women often listen deeply, far beyond what is said aloud, and respond with wisdom that cuts straight to the soul. It’s this listening, this understanding, that can guide even the most lost among us back to God’s light.

Don’t miss your chance to recognize that. When I think about all the powerful women who’ve shaped me—whether through a gentle nudge or a firm push—I’m reminded of how often God works in subtle yet seismic ways.

P.S. I publish Mindful Ethics to spread the Good Word. As a professional, I help with my family's solar energy business. So, if you're ready to supercharge your business with sustainable energy, now's the time to act. With Joe Biden's Build Back Better plan funneling unprecedented funds into green initiatives, the opportunities are massive. Just last month I helped a hospitality client secure $849,000 in federal grants—essentially free money for their solar system. Imagine what your business or hotel could do with a seven-figure boost in government benefits. Don’t wait—DM me today to apply for a solar grant -- free money from Uncle Sam

One More Thing: Do you know a business drowning in electricity costs? Refer them to me, and if we close the deal, you'll earn a royalty that's as big as a shark's bite. Let's make some waves together!
