Great leaders are fully committed and fiercely devoted to accomplishing their vision. They are not going to let anything stand in their way.
They are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their dream, mission, and vision, with a no-matter-what and can-do attitude.
When people meet a person who is singularly focused and committed to achieving their goal, mission, and vision, they either admire them or are intimidated by that commitment. Sometimes they are both.
They feel inspired when they hear this person’s story because it makes them believe that anything is possible with the proper focus and dedication.
On the other hand, if someone is not focused or committed, they may feel a sense of fatigue or resentment.
Great leaders have the confidence to believe in their ideas and the motivation to see them through despite any obstacles or setbacks.
