Standing out on LinkedIn isn’t just about posting content; it’s about crafting a strategy that grabs attention and keeps it.
Here’s the framework I use to ensure I’m not ignored on LinkedIn and please steal it.

Clarity is Key
Before you even think about posting, you need to have absolute clarity on who you’re creating content for. Everything on your profile should reflect this:
- Headline: Make sure it speaks directly to your target audience.
- Banner: Use it to visually reinforce your message.
- About Section: Treat this like a sales page, highlighting what you offer and why you’re the best at it.
Your profile is your first impression - make it count.
2. Define Your Expertise & Goals:
Set Clear Intentions
Without clear goals, your content will lack direction. My three key goals on LinkedIn are:
- Content Strategy: Sharing insights and techniques.
- Growing My Business: Sharing my expertise for client's with free templates, eBooks, guides and mini courses
- Sharing My Journey: Offering a behind-the-scenes look at being a 21-year-old entrepreneur.

3. Focus on Providing Value:
Value > Selling
The fastest way to get ignored is by selling or pitching 24/7. Instead, focus on:
- Telling Stories: Share your experiences and journey.
- Understanding Challenges: Know what your audience struggles with and provide solutions.
The more value you give, the more people will engage with your content and see you as a trusted authority.
4. Get Clear on Your Content Strategy:
Content Mix and Frequency
A well-rounded content strategy keeps your audience interested. Here’s the mix I use:
- 60% Educative: This is where I teach and share what I offer.
- 30% Personal: I share stories, mistakes, and lessons learned.
- 10% Sales & Pitching: When I do sell, it’s intentional and targeted.
I post 5 to 6 times a week to keep my audience engaged without overwhelming them.
