Cultural Connection Calendar: A Guide for Multicultural Awareness in the Workplace

You can now download our new free resource, the Cultural Connection Calendar: A Guide for Multicultural Awareness in the Workplace. The calendar helps organizations recognize cultural and religious celebrations and support an inclusive workplace throughout the year.

Organizations can use the tool to build a more inclusive work environment with methods that include:

• Creating opportunities to recognize cultural events.
• Offering educational workshops focused on the historical and cultural significance of the holiday.
• Hosting celebrations/observances that include employees and/or guest speakers sharing their traditions.
• Coordinating virtual learning resources covering the history and traditions of the holiday.

The Workplace Won't Reach Parity Until 2046

Fair360's newest report shows that people of color and women among Top 50 companies won't outpace that of white men until the year 2046. Our 2024 Workplace Inclusion Report highlights the ongoing underrepresentation of women and people of color in management roles.

Additionally, this report shows that companies with lower voluntary turnover (VTO) rates scored higher in our five best practice initiatives: Executive Diversity Councils, High Potentials, Mentorship, Sponsorship and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
