Spotlight on DEIB Ambassadors

Our DEIB Ambassadors play a pivotal role in amplifying important discussions around inclusion and belonging, supporting workshops designed to empower and educate our teams. Here’s how they’re contributing to our inclusive culture at Feedzai:

🌟 Margarida Gato (she/her) : Belonging

Margarida served as an ambassador for a workshop that explored:

  • Understanding the role of belonging in DEIB
  • The connection between belonging and productivity
  • Key aspects of fostering belonging in the workplace
  • Building inclusive teams
  • Best practices for creating a culture of belonging

🌟 Vincent Oteyi Kim : Cultural Ethnicity

This workshop highlighted the strength diversity brings to Feedzai’s collaborative innovation.

🌟 Kimi Iñigo-Cuevas : Multigenerational Workforce

  • Future trends and their impact on the global labor market
  • Best practices for navigating and bridging generational gaps

🌟 Kavita Parkyn & Anusha Parisutham : Enabling Diverse Gender Identity and Expression

Kav and Anusha championed a session delving into:

  • The historical and global context of gender identity
  • Equity vs. equality in the workplace
  • Addressing impostor syndrome and microaggressions
  • Best practices for supporting diverse gender expression

These workshops serve as vital conversations in Feedzai’s ongoing journey to foster a culture where everyone feels valued and included.


Zaickathon VII: Let’s Boost Our Speed

Zaickathon VII is happening in December! This year’s theme, “Let’s Boost Our Speed,” challenges Feedzaians to rethink and optimize how we deliver solutions, focusing on creating seamless, scalable, and user-friendly systems.

Zaickathon is more than just a hackathon—it’s a space for collaboration and bold thinking. This edition emphasizes innovation that prioritizes user empowerment and self-serviceability, paving the way for smarter, more agile solutions.

As always, the ideas generated during Zaickathon are designed to bring real, impactful change to how we approach problem-solving and serve our customers.
