YAY! The opportunity to publish Newsletters has just been granted to me after a 5-month wait! So, I'm re-purposing our DWCS April Newsletter, first published via Constant Contact on April 6th.

TIP 1 Video Messages - Now this is something everyone should try! Available using the mobile app, once you've chosen the recipient, tap the paperclip icon in the lower-left corner and the image to the right will display. Choose 'Take a video', record a 1min video & send it! Talk about standing out from the crowd...
TIP 2 Follow these fellow LinkedIn Advocates for their special focus areas:
Gillian Whitney - her forte' is VIDEO, and she is an absolute ace with her informative posts, LinkedIn LIVE events, and really does make it 'easy peasy!'
Jeff Young #TheLinkedInGuru (Teacher) - Jeff, quite simply, is a true 'giver'. Since he retired from a tech/training career, he has donated hundreds of LinkedIn seminars to nonprofit groups. We share a similar mindset & mutual respect!

TIP 3 LinkedIn Invitations - Your incoming invitations to connect may have moved! Mine is now under Notifications in the navigation bar across the top of the Home Page. The default is to display 'All' and tap on the Invitations button to view any in need of attention. Note: This may be in beta mode which means I am part of a test group for this new change. Stay tuned!
