The newly launched EU-funded project, K-CCRI, is poised to enhance the impact of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI) by establishing a knowledge hub. The project’s goal is to overcome technical, policy, knowledge, and business barriers to the adoption of the circular economy.

Led by African and European partners, it focuses on digital transformation and international collaboration. SEADE aims to strengthen R&I in digital by providing crucial support services and innovative programs based on robust market research, ultimately fostering a seamless 'Route-to-Market' pathway in four Sub-Saharan target regions.

EIC Communities: Fostering Collaborative Innovation for Impact - Experts join the CoPs!
The new EIC Communities project actively scouts stakeholders who can offer their insights and assist project beneficiaries in achieving impact. Consequently, recognizing and engaging with key stakeholders who have shared interests and a willingness to enhance the innovation ecosystem.
The project is open to a variety of stakeholders, from researchers to policymakers/government bodies, innovators, entrepreneurs, business networks and associations, and civil society, and involves them in the three communities, in line with their thematic interests.

European Commission Joint Research Centre and European Committee of the Regions unveil 'Innovation for Place-Based Transformations: ACTIONbook', the culmination of 30 years of Regional Innovation Strategies (RIS).
This publication, stemming from the Partnerships for Regional Innovation (PRI) pilot, features 27 activities, real-life examples, and 74 operational tools to drive transformative innovation. A collaborative effort, it's a living document aimed at advancing EU policies and national plans.
