This week, I'm reflecting on our most recent conversation on The Health Feast with the Dalton family, Jeffrey and Jill, who have made a significant impact through their work in promoting plant-based living. They run an online cooking show called The Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Show on YouTube, where Jill shares her healthy recipes with almost 400K followers.
