the system is useless and no reasonable adjustments made and the meeting notes not given till 5 days after the plo/cp meeting then take a baby while mum has been mentally stable with no medication since July 23 and did everything that was required in care planning and past hair drug and alcohol testing yet don't meet criteria for mental health mum and baby unit and they refuse her auntie to temporarily care for the reason she is not going to commit to 18 the ss said that she is not able to get the normal mum and baby unit as they have no concerned about the way she cares so why don't they give her a chance she's grown up and has been lied to and report has lies and things that are bad for the dad like him assault her when pregnant and dragged her out the bed yet he smoking weed and on medication yet they are paying for his accommodation and travel if he's getting custody she will not be able to get assesse irs Miles away and then he will have no contact with his brother and irs just not right told her to buy everything and she was made to believe she would be going to her grandparents with baby till he was born and took him out of her care from hospital it's completely wrong when you are told to do that is on planning and not help
