Evolving the conference call: creative approaches to virtual events

Understandably, live events have been postponed. But the need to gather hasn’t. In fact, communication is more important now than ever. It takes many shapes: staying in touch with your teams, creating a shared vision, building momentum, and connecting with your customers while maintaining a sense of trust. It also takes quick thinking and a flexible approach.

We’ve been thinking creatively about new ways to unite your teams and strengthen your customer relationships. As governments and businesses start to reopen, the need to gather is becoming more top-of-mind. The reopening process will be slow – but that doesn’t mean your communications have to be.

We’re ready to help you produce creative experiences that satisfy your core need to communicate and bring your creative vision to life.

Don’t settle for a conference call when what you need is an experience.

While there are plenty of conferencing platforms available for smaller meetings, larger gatherings require a more creative approach. A sea of muted heads is not an experience. And no matter the size of your meeting, these offerings limit the quality and flexibility of your connection to your audience. They also leave little room for customization – what makes the moment yours, and not your competitor’s.

We can help you do better. Even if your next company-wide gathering can’t be in person, it can still be compelling, high-quality – and unmistakably yours.

New safety measures call for new solutions.

Any form of “event” must first and foremost align with the highest safety standards, as well as governmental reopening protocols. Recently, the government released a three-phased approach to how we will reopen our economy. Our events and operations teams have been working to provide effective solutions that match each of these phases.

We now have three packages aligned to address the gradual easing of restrictions in the coming months. If you’re in the Atlanta area, for example, you can take advantage of our state-of-the-art production studio, complete with broadcast gear and on-site tech support, while integrating a custom look and feel. Can’t come to us? Our second solution sends the ETA team to you for professional-quality audio and video streaming services. Both of these options can be used during any phase of the government guidelines.

Finally, during phases two and three, for those larger events that need the in-person touch, we’re launching a live events solution that maintains social distance in the audience with an added online viewership, no matter the size of your audience. These micromeetings can be connected virtually across the US and abroad for an immersive experience.

 Plan for tomorrow, start today.

The specific solution will look different for every company. Whatever your communications needs are, we’re here to help you meet them. Our core approach remains the same: we want to understand how and why you’re trying to communicate, then work with you to identify the proper balance of production elements.

Our goal, as always, is to help you define your event and then deploy quickly – and cost effectively. I encourage you to take a closer look at each of these options here. Then let’s chat about how we can all get on the right track to safely relaunching events.

The live events industry would be nothing without its ability to adapt to the reality in front of us. We’re going to keep doing just that.

Great insights Jeff Robertson! One "ZOOM" definitely does NOT fit all. I've sat in on some surprising stinkers from favorite brands. I appreciate the emphasis on safety balanced with the persistent human need to truly connect. The idea of daisy-chaining together multiple smaller, properly - socially - distanced gatherings, with an expert, artistic balance of production elements to architect an immersive experience? THAT is compelling. Quite possibly the wave of the (interim) future. Bring it!
