Exciting News in Executive Leadership Development

Last week marked a milestone for Kyowa Kirin as Module 1 of the One Kyowa Kirin Global Leadership Program commenced at the INSEAD Singapore campus. Developed in collaboration with INSEAD Business School, this program is tailored to cultivate the leadership acumen of Kyowa Kirin's next generation of C-suite leaders.

Throughout the week, participants had the invaluable opportunity to glean insights from top-tier executives, including our CEO, Chief People Officer, and Chief International Business Officer. Their firsthand accounts and vision for the future of our global enterprise provided invaluable perspectives.

Engaging in a series of workshops and immersive learning experiences, attendees honed their global mindset and enterprise leadership skills. Highlights included refining leadership communication strategies, participating in the transformative Phoenix Encounter workshop, and embarking on their Action Learning Project.

Module 1 served as an auspicious launchpad for these emerging leaders' executive journey. With anticipation building, we eagerly await the continuation of this transformative program in Module 2. Stay tuned for more updates!

I am truly honored to be part of this leadership program. It was a real privilege to spend 4 days with a small group of diverse leaders from across our global organization, connecting, listening, learning, being inspired and inspiring each other as we tackle challenges we face in our VUCA world. I am proud to be part of #KyowaKirin, an organization that nurtures growth mindsets, encourages debate and innovative thinking, and invests in its people. A big thank you to Sian Abel, William Kelley, Mari Shiba, Shoko Itagaki, Abdul Mullick, Masa Miyamoto and the excellent professors and team at INSEAD!
