Be extraordinary.

Be extraordinary.

Hi fellow leaders, is month begin and I was struggling to find my truth leadership talk for the month, as I promised you.

My newsletter has a provocative tone, intentionally to make you think on your hole and the impact you have in all people you lead. That is my humble belief that I can influence and educate you for a life full of opportunities.

I was wondering, Year end, you look about everything you have achieve, next years plans besides long budget discussions. What to write about? I don’t want to write everything the same as usual end of the year speech.

The, I suddenly was impacted by the picture of Debbie Moore. Debbis is standing in London stock exchange in the middle surrounded about classic and clever man that believes they are the best.

In the middle is an English model and businesswoman who founded the Pineapple Dance Studios and its associated clothing brand. She was the first woman to float a company on the London Stock Exchange and in 1984 was an early winner of the prestigious Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of The Year Award

When I saw the Picture, a powerful women, surrounded by man that belief they are the most important or intelligent person in the room, I though, how someone can stand up with the right beliefs.

Debbie Moore's life story is an inspiring journey of determination, passion, and entrepreneurship that has left a lasting impact on countless individuals, including myself.

Growing up in a modest background, Debbie always had a deep love for dance. She pursued this passion relentlessly, and in the 1970s, she took a leap of faith with just £2,000 in savings to create something truly remarkable - Pineapple Dance Studios. This act of courage and vision is a reminder that when you follow your heart and dreams, remarkable things can happen.

Debbie's dedication to making dance accessible to people from all walks of life is truly commendable. She turned Pineapple Dance Studios into a haven where people could come and express themselves through movement. It wasn't just about dance; it was about empowerment, self-expression, and personal growth. Debbie showed that passion can be a driving force, not just for personal success, but for positively impacting others.

As a woman in a predominantly male-dominated industry, Debbie Moore shattered stereotypes and proved that gender should never be a barrier to success. Her achievements serve as a beacon of hope for aspiring female entrepreneurs, showing that with determination and resilience, we can break through any glass ceiling.

Debbie's influence extends beyond the dance studio walls. Her dedication to fitness and well-being has encouraged people worldwide to prioritize their health. It's a reminder that taking care of ourselves physically can lead to improved mental clarity, focus, and ultimately, better leadership.

urthermore, Pineapple Dance Studios has become synonymous with dance culture globally. Debbie's vision and hard work have played a significant role in elevating dance to an art form of profound cultural significance. Her impact on the entertainment, arts, and media industries has enriched our lives with the joy of dance.

In summary, Debbie Moore's life journey is a testament to the power of passion, perseverance, and the belief that anyone can make a difference. Her story continues to inspire me and countless others to chase our dreams, overcome challenges, and make a positive impact on the world. Thank you, Debbie, for being a source of motivation and empowerment for us all.
