We haven't overlooked Valentine’s Day! Our advice is to maintain a robust content plan and mix, integrating current events like Valentine’s Day. Our founder, Michiel, wasted no time and crafted a delightful post that you can check out here

Masterclass

Michiel and Nadia visited HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht as guestlecturers to tell students more about LinkedIn and the use of SalesNavigator. Thanks everyone for attending and special thanks to Wouter Matthijs for the invite!

Videomaking 🎥

We not only help our clients increase their content’s reach and visibility but also help create it. We see that video’s are a great way to increase visibility and connection with your audience. Our clients from Nerium as well as Marius Peek came by our office to spend the afternoon shooting videos. Thank you for partnering with us! If you also have an interest in creating video content for your LinkedIn, reach out to your BGM’er.

Hello's

This month we gained not one but two awesome interns, Jules and Thijs.

Jules Bracco Gartner is with us as he completes his graduate internship. He has a background in business and sales. He has also gained experience as a sales agent for a marketing agency. Jules will be conducting research for us as well as support our BGM’ers.

Thijs Elberse has a background in business IT and management. He has worked for several companies supporting their IT department. He will also be helping us service our client as support to our BGM’ers as well as helping bring about technological innovations.

Welcome to the team guys!

Goodbye's

Unfortunately, this month we had to say goodbye to two of our beloved colleagues: Rochelle Blokland and Damaris d'Hont . Over the past year and half they have both been an integral part of the team and contributed a lot to the team. We want to thank you both for all your hard work and dedication and wish you all the best in your next adventures!

Interesting facts

LinkedIn states that profiles with a picture are 11 times more likely to receive views. Thus, we recommend ensuring your profile picture is visible to all. This increases the likelihood of people accepting your connection requests, especially those who haven't connected with you yet. You can adjust this by navigating to your profile, clicking on "Edit public profile & URL" > "Edit Visibility" > "Profile Photo" > changing it to "Public".

Tip of the month💡

Use of headline

You're likely familiar with optimizing common sections of your LinkedIn profile, such as your profile picture, header, and about page. However, don't overlook the importance of your headline. A compelling headline can make you stand out amidst a sea of connection requests in someone's inbox. Before accepting your request, people typically only see the top part of your profile, akin to your virtual business card. Your headline offers a prime opportunity to succinctly convey what you do and your professional identity. With 220 characters available, keep it concise. We recommend including, but not exceeding, your current title, expertise, and mission & vision. Take a look at our founder's profile for inspiration.
