Festival of Lights - Bergen, Norway

If you didn’t know, Trolls originate from Norway and a lot of my family still live there. You’ll be pleased to know they aren’t the scary kind though and are very nice to humans!

So, I’m missing home at the moment, especially as it’s coming up to Christmas. Even trolls love to celebrate Christmas and everything that comes with it. Our festivities back home start next Thursday 24th November with the Festival of Lights, which is the traditional opening of the Christmas season. My family and others from all over town light torches and watch firework displays. It’s quite magical. 

We’ll be getting festive in the office soon. I’ll be helping our Admin Assistant Lynne put up some Christmas decorations, I can’t wait.
