Final Results For My Epic Challenge

After two months of gym work and watching what I eat, I am finally at the end of my time!

I am four pound short of losing two stone therefore in theory I have not achieved my target, but heh ho I have to admit I am well pleased and will continue over the next few months and beyond to lose a little more weight and maintain the loss. I now fit into old clothes and have dropped a dress size or two!!!

The most important thing is the fantastic support I have received from friends and family in achieving the target of over £2000(with gift aid) for my charity Jerimiah's Journey. Sums like this will make a huge difference to children's lives and I have to say I am really proud to be fortunate enough to help.

I will look for other ways to raise money for them as I have personally taken this charity to heart seeing first hand the fantastic work they do.

I have said many times before these people are Angels without wings and long may they continue.

A few special mentions:

Firstly my dear wife for putting up with the constant late nights at the gym and cooking separate meals for me each night, chicken and brown rice comes to mind!! Also just being a great support and friend as always.

The team at Jerimiah's for their work and support,  Luke Collins for pushing and inspiring me along the way and my PA Ange Tucker for keeping all in order and her constant support  .

Lastly all my Linked in contacts for their fantastic support and donations, truly remarkable people.

I am now off for my well earned Chinese!!!

THANK YOU- THANK YOU- THANK YOU

Take care all and stay safe

Paul
