#FindTheWomenBR: Discover female Brazilian advertising professionals abroad

Brazilian publicity has always been recognized internationally, among the recent movement that rewards Brazilian creation and its managers, we can observe mostly men being appreciated in the press and being highlighted by their work abroad. According to the portal Meio & Mensagem (Media & Message), in an attempt to show that the numerous female talents also crossed the country's geographical borders, a group of Brazilians advertising professionals who live and work around the world have created the #FindTheWomenBR movement.

The proposal is to organize a list of professionals from the most diverse positions, directors, founders, managers and various other positions in the communication market, to try to increase the visibility of these talents within the press. The main thrust of the #FindTheWomenBR initiative is to spread these names on the market, including these women in guidelines, debates, lectures and conversations around the communication industry.
