Five stages of producing colored spray glass bottles

Colored wine bottle spraying production line generally consists of spray room, hanging chain and oven. Glass bottles also need front-end water treatment. Glass bottles need to pay special attention to sewage discharge. As for the quality of spraying, it is related to water treatment, surface cleaning of workpieces, conductivity of hooks, gas volume, amount of powder spraying, and the level of operators.

1. Pre-treatment section. The pre-treatment section includes pre-stripping, main stripping, surface adjustment, etc. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main stripping part cannot be too low and needs to be kept warm. Otherwise, the treatment effect will not be ideal;

2. Preheating section. After pre-treatment, it is necessary to enter the preheating section, which generally takes 8-10 minutes. It is better for glass bottles to have a certain amount of residual heat when they arrive at the powder spraying room to increase the adhesion of powder;

3. Soot blowing and purification section. If the process requirements of the sprayed workpiece are relatively high, this section is indispensable. Otherwise, if there is a lot of dust adsorbed on the workpiece, the surface of the processed workpiece will be granular, which will reduce the quality;

4. Powder spraying section. The key to this section is the technical issues of the powder spraying master. If you want to create excellent quality, it is worthwhile to hire a skilled master;

5. Drying section. In this section, you need to pay attention to the temperature and baking time. The powder is generally 180-200 degrees, which depends on the material of the workpiece. In addition, the drying furnace should not be too far away from the powder spraying room, generally 6 meters is better.
