Focus

Have you stopped to think about how focused you are in life? Do you have many things on your agenda and get side-tracked or are you really focused? Are you so focused that you are really clear on doing the one thing that can transform your life, relationship, business, etc?

I have found that when you get really granular about what you want in life, there is usually a point where you make a change or focus on the one thing that creates a snowball effect.

For some, it’s getting up at 5am in the morning, finding time to exercise, eating better, having more time and energy for life.

For others, particularly in business, it’s determining what’s the one thing you or your business want to be known for and being the very best in the world at it.

It’s intuitive; focus on less and you get more done. What do you want to be known for?
