second time gap die cut, here share a valueable information, the material is 0.8 mm thickness PC, the die customer used is etching die. And die cut result is good. At the beginning, we tought etching die isn't good for cut thick and hard material, but the face it it is cutting well. Hope such information is helpful. Similar picture of the die is as below.

Etching die, due to for trepanning die cut, that's why die is with position pins. Besides, you can see, this die is die cut and punch hole wastage at the same time. In the picture, you can see pins for punch hole wastage. Good die cut process.

Third time gap die cut, die cut the out shape, if material is thin, for second and third time die cut, can be finished on the same die, but due to this material is thick, that's why customer separate them into 2 different dies. In this case, avoide press too much at the sides of the material.

Remove top die cut wastage, remove bottom protective film, final products will be in roll. Then use machine for automatic lambeling.
