Generation Alpha and its hybrid life, the symbiosis of innovation and cooperation and the new fund of funds to support European Tech Champions

What is driving the insurance industry? Which trends should be looked at more closely – and how should they be dealt with? In our magazine //next, we reflect on innovations and technological developments in the insurance industry. In this first edition of our //next newsletter, we take a look on GenAlpha, the European Tech Champions Initiative (ETCI) and innovation scouting at ERGO.

The 15- to 25-year-old teenagers and young adults of #GenerationZ and #GenerationAlpha are combining analogue and digital lifeworlds in a way that no other generation has done before. ERGO CDO Mark Klein is convinced that, with the young user groups, the customer understanding of a hybrid changeover between analogue and digital will once again change tremendously.
