We’ve come a long way.

And I don’t just mean in evolutionary terms.

Our understanding of the mind and how our brain works is increasing constantly.

We’re way past the notion that activity is only in our heads and in layers from reptilian and limbic through to some higher rational function…

Instead, we are blessed with an extraordinary gift that not only keeps us alive, but also enables us to connect with the world beyond our skin and navigate our way through life in real time.

And its creativity and growth surpass anything we thought was possible.

How good is that!
