UIAA tackling mountainous task with new sustainability charter

Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) has recently announced its full programme for the sixth edition of the UCI Mobility & Bike City Forum.
Organised in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the UCI's annual event dedicated to cycling for all, and sustainability, will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on 18 and 19 December 2024.
As part of the forum, UCI has announced a joint workshop with Global Sustainable Sport (GSS) on sport and sustainability, to take place on December 19.
Forum participants will also have the opportunity to attend the UCI Urban Cycling World Championships, which will take place from December 17-21 to maximise their experience on site.
