 DAY 01: Arrival, Reception, Transferred to the Hotel &Welcome Dinner [1300m.]

Once you arrive at Tribhuban International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu Nepal. You will meet the Reception Members of our Hevan Adventure Private Limited Team with fabulous greetings and welcome right at the airport Arrival Terminal itself. Then we'll be transported to the hotels of your choice/recommendation after completion of some immigration formalities (if any). During the Dinner you will be introduced with our team and /or your trekking /tour guides where you will enjoy special Nepali taste with typical Nepali cultural performances. You'll get the detailed planning of the tour and your overall activities/schedule during the stay will be further finalized (if required). You will spend the night at the assigned hotels with curious mindset for your coming days.

DAY 02: KTM Sightseeing Tour UNESCO World Heritage Sites Included (Kathmandu Durbar Square,Pashupatinath, Swayambhu, Boudhanath) ORADay at Leisure. [1300m]

This day will be the day to start to materialize your "DREAMS" about NEPAL. Obviously you will be with your guide assigned for you/your team for refreshment and sightseeing which includes the worth seeing UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu. The taste of Nepali medieval history, Hindu shrine and Buddhist shrine will tease your sense. Firstly we'll get to Swoyambhunath Monkey Temple: the oldest shrine in Nepal from where you can have a snapshot look of the whole city/Kathmandu valley. 

Then we will reach to Kathmandu Durbar Square which encompasses temples and 17th century Royal palace of Nepal called Basantapur/Hanumandhoka Durbar (palace).There we'll meet the living goddess Kumari and her house called Kumari Ghar. Kasthamandap , the house made up of only wood from a single saal tree called Bishet,will allure you. Kathmandu got its name from the long deviation of the word Kasthamandap. You will really enjoy it! Our journey to Pashupatinath most visited Hindu shrine will be different from the others because you will realize the life while you see Hindu corpses being burnt nearby it at Aaryaghaat: the way to heaven!. After it, the Bouddhanath Stupa the largest ever of its kind in Nepal will fascinate you towards Buddhism. It is believed that a piece Kashyap Buddha's bone is left here. If time favors we may visit nearby temples, monastery and museums as well. Our tired but interesting day will end at our hotels in the evening where we will brief you about our tour/trek outside Kathmandu.

DAY 03: Flight Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m) and trek to Phakding (2610m) 35 min flight and 3-4 Hours Trek

An early morning after breakfast, drive to the Domestic terminal Hotel to Airport get the flight to lukla, the gateway of the Everest region trekkeing. After an adventurous 40 minute flight above the breathtaking green and white mountains, we reach the Tenzing-Hillary Airport at lukla. The flight is take 35-40 minutes. This lukla airport built by Sir Edmund Hillary and his friend Tenzing. This is one of the most beautiful, memorable and interest air routes in the High adventures in a dramatic landing on a hillside surrounded by high mountains peaks for the world mountaineering. Upon arrival at lukla(2800m). We meet our other trekking member and after some packing and arrangements. We start our trek through the prosperous village of lukla until we reach the Phakding. In to the memorable getaway walk through pine and rhododendron forest. Rhododendron is the national flower in Nepal, we will continue north from cheplung(2700m) will catch our first views of the Dudh Koshi roaring along the bottom of the Valley. This trail descends through a typical community forest, past the pleasant mounting view ,Restaurant before crossing a swaying metal suspension bridge above the bridge in Thado koshi, we have a chances to see good views of Kusum Kangru (6367m) the most difficult of the khumbu's trekking peaks, which rises at the east end of the side valley Ghat(2530m). Toward through with the mani walls, these stone structures are a compilation of many stone tablets, each with the inscription "Om Mani Padme Hum" which translated to ‘Hail to the jewel in the lotus", and mantra (chant) venerated by Buddhists and Brahmans alike. We only have a short 3-4 hours hiking today, However if interested in additional activates we can take a side trip to a nearby monastery. O/N (Overnight) at Phakding (2610m)

DAY 04: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) 5-6 Hours Trek

After Breakfast the trek leads us along the Dudh Koshi River through many suspension bridges, one of which is the most famous Hillary Suspension Bridge.. First we catch wonderful prospect of the glistening Mt. Thamserku (6618m). Along the Dudh Koshi,crossing tributaries to the Sherpa Villages of Benkar (2710m) Chumoa (2840m) manjo (2840m).We are in check post and entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. We pass through the last village of Jorsle before reaching Namche Bazaar. The trail climbs through the forests and bridges until we reach the confluence of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi the major rivers draining the Khumbu District. After a final steep ascent of about two hours we get first sight of Mt. Everest peering over the Lhotse and Nuptse Ridge. The trail continues to climb and meander to Namche Bazaar. The land of the Sherpa people it's famous for the Sherpa Cultural lifestyle and History of the Sherpa in world. Finally we administrative and getaways center at Namche Bazaar (3440m). DAY 05: Namche Bazaar- Rest/Acclimatization and Exploration day (3440m)

The rest day in Namche Bazaar is very important for avoid "Acclimatization" (AMS) Acute Mountain Sickness. This doesn't mean you have to stop Walking - there are numerous short walks through the hills around Namche that will improve your fitness and help you adjust to the altitude without any dangerous increases in Elevation. After breakfast our guides will take us to the Tourist Visitor center near the Headquarters of the sagarmatha National park. Where we can observe an assortment of things related to the first Everest ascenders, Sherpa Culture and learn about the various plant and animal life in the Everest region. If you prefer to rest your legs and stay at current altitude we continue climbing to go Everest View Hotel see the Mt. Everest (8848M) closer for their. Towering to over 4000 meters above the valley floor, spectacular peaks seem to engulf you. Around us are tawestse(6542m), Thamserku (6800m) Kantega (6685m), Ama Dablam (6856m), Nuptse (7896m) and Lhotes (8511m).The Village of khumjung (3780m) will present a more traditional view of sherpa life then Namche. Where you can find the Tenzing Hillary School and any more Official. Namche Bazaar is the main centre of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, ATMs, Internet Cafes, Shops, Restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Friday. DAY 06: Trek Namche Bazaar to Dole (4100m.) 5-6 Hours Trek

After breakfast upon the top of Namche , the trail contours around a hill to Sanasa (3600m) The path eventually reaches Sansa which is the major trail junction to Gokyo Valley and Everest Base Camp. We trek gradual goes up through Mongla pass (3975m) from where we glimpse Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Tawoche and Mt. khumbila (5761m). Sherpas regard Mt. Khumbila as sacred mountain of the patron god of the khumbu area. Look for Himalayan Tahrs on high ground, shy spotted deer, and birds - Including the colorful ( male) national bird The Danphe pheasant. Descend to phortse Thenga (3680m) through pine and rhododendron forest before rising to Dole and great snow-Capped Views.

DAY 07: Trek Dole to Machhermo (4410m) 4-5 Hours Trek

After Breakfast we climb steadily up through a scenic ridge above Dole and the trail climbs via Lhabarma. Offering us good views of Cho Oyu, Kantega and Thamserku the trail take us through many summer settlements and a charming hamlet of Luza (4360m). While ascending from Luza, we will be at the Dudh Koshi Valley. Walking along the hill side above thundering Dudkoshi, passing through some small hamlets and through sandy spurs. We'll soon reach a chorten and fluttering prayer flags on the outskirts of Machhermo (4410m), tucked into awide, flat- bottomed valley below the terminal moraine of the Ngozumpa Glacier. Locals claim that a yeti killed three yaks and attacked a Sherpa woman here in 1974.We reach Machhermo

DAY 08: Trek Machhermo to Gokyo (4750m) 4-5 Hours Trek

After breakfast at Machhermo we climb through a ridge chorten from where we can see fabulous view of both down the valley and of the Mt. Kangtega, Thamserku and northern part to the Cho-Oyu (8153).Beyond the ridge the valley widens as the trail passes through a Chorten and reaches Pangka (4480m) after some gentle walk. Phangkais the palace where an avalanche in 1995 Killed 40 people. We descend to the river bank before beginning to climb up to the terminal moraine of the Ngozamba Glacier. It is a steep climb on the moraine. Upon crossing an iron bridge over an stream the trial levels out as it follows thevalley part the first lake known as Longpongo at 4690m. At juncture, we get chance to observe the Lama footprints on a stone. At the sight of the second lake, Taboche Tsho we become mesmerized by the Shimmering turquoise blue sheet of water sparkling in the sun. Little ahead of the second lake, we reach the third lake, the two linked by a surging stream. Gokyo village stands by the third lake and Cho- Oyu Mountain as a backdrop sets an amazing spectacular sight here.

DAY 09: Hiking Gokyo Ri (5360m) Exploration day/ Acclimatization (4750m)

Today is an acclimatization day but we know we should not stay idle. If the weather is good, we grasp the opportunity to climb Gokyo Ri(5360m) today instead of next day to enjoy the scene from the best viewpoint of Everest Region. Or, as we know Gokyo is not only popular for its grand view but also for the six lakes which it hosts. Definitely we would not miss the chance to observe the fourth lake ( Thonak Tsho) and fifth lake (Ngozuma Tsho). About 3 Km north of Gokyo is the fourth lake with its high cliffs and peaks rising above it. The trail continues to fifth lake. If interested, we climb on a hill at the edge of the lakes to get astounding views of Cho-Oyu (8201), Gyachung Kang, Everest (8848m), Lhotes (8516m),Nuptse(7861m) and Makulu(8463m). We can see a lot more from here- the spot is called scoundrel's Viewpoint. Beyound the fifth Lakes is the Cho Oyu Base camp. Northern part of the fifth lake provides fabulous views of Cho Oyu base Camp and biggest glacier of the world the Ngazumpa Glacier. Back to Gokyo Valley Hotel.

DAY 10: Gokyo Valley and Back Gokyo and Trek Tagnag (4700m) 4-6 Hours Hiking/Trek

Today, we are on the trail to Tagnag today. Tagnag is also sometimes pronounced as Dragag. We climb out of Gokyo villageto a ridge. Then we take the route throught the Ngozumpa Glacier to the mountain on the other side.Continuing further and traversing along the edge of that mountain, we descend down to Tagnag . Enjoy the magnifiscent views of Cho Oyu, Gokyo Ri, among other high Himalayas.

DAY 11: Trek Tagnag- Cho-La pass (5420m) - Dzonglha (4830m) 8-9 Hours Trek

Today we will wake up early morning this demanding but rewarding day calls for a dawn start to beat possible cloud at the summit. A steep trail from the hotel moints a grassy hillock before dropping into a shallow valley. Ahead is a steep ill-defined trail ascending loose, scree slopes- higher up over hidden ice to the flag bedecked narrow neck of the pass. Summit views to the west include the Ngozumpa Glacier with Pharilapche and Kyajo Ri standing out amidst other peaks. To the north the high border ridge of the mahalangur Himal presents the vast whitewall from Ghyachung Kang,west across Ngozumpa II and I to Cho Oyu. These peaks are all above 7600m. To the east are Cholatse, Baruntse, Lobuche West and East and Ama Dablam. The descent is along the Cho La Glacier which curves downwards to a minor ice fall before a ridge, then a scramble down boulders. Below this rocky wall, the trail meanders down a boulder strewn valley to the seasonal grazing Kharkas of Dzonglha.

DAY 12: Dzonglha to Lobuche (4940m) 2-3 Hours Trek and Rest

Today, we head for Louche we climb down from Dzongla and after crossing a bridge and transverse through grassy trail. Enjoying the view of Louche Peak we stretch up eventually through a ridge. The mountains of Ama Dablam, Kangtega, Thanserku Taboche are seen looming prominently. Cyrvinge round through the wide gravelly river bed, we reach Lobuche.

DAY 13 : Trek Lobuche to Grok Shep (5160m) and Hiking Everest Base camp (5360m) and back Grok Shep (5160m) 7-8 Hours Trek/Hiking

After Breakfast the trail to Grok Shep goes ahead through the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. The Glacier moraine and the mountain wall, past the turn -off to the Italian pyramid. From Gorak Shep, we either go to Kala Patthar or Everest Base Camp. The walk to Base Camp from Gorak Shep is a draining scramble over an ever- Changing path across the Khumbu Glacier, starting at the north end of the sandpit at Grok Shep. In April and May the atmosphere at Base camp can be fascinating, with groups from dozens of different nations playing cards, gambling, eating, reading strumming guitars and doing everything possible to fill their time while they wait for the green light to climb to the summit. The periodic groans of the seracs in the icefall only add to the tension in the air. Out of season it is bleak and silent, bar birds wind and avalanches. Everest and the Cwm are hidden behind the west ridge. Walk back to Grok Shep.

DAY 14: Hiking Grok Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m) and Back Grok Shep (5160m) and Trek Pheriche (4280m) 7-8 Hours Hiking/Trek

Today is the climax of our trip. We start early in the morning to catch the dramatic views from Kala Patthar and witness the first light of day caress the peaks of the mountains, particularly, Mt. Everest. The summit of Kala pattar (5545m) hill provides perhaps the best view of Mt. Everest in the Nepal Himalaya. Mornings are usually sparkling clear, and this is the best time to make the ascent. Up to Kala Patthar offers Sunrise over Mt. Everest (8848m). Mt. Lotse (8515m) Mt. Nuptse (7861m) Mt. Pumori (7145m), Mt. Lingtren (6697m) Mt. Khumbutse (6623m) and Mt. Cho Oyo (8200m) can be seen further to the west. We scramble up to the topof rocky outcrop marked by cairns and prayer flags. Mind- blowing Himalayan panorama unfolds before our eyes as they wander from one mighty massif to another. We can take as many pitures as we want with our camera but do noy forget to imprint the vista into our mind's eye so that it lasts a life time. On being back to Gorak Shep, and having breakfast and wait to back to Lobuche and trek back to Pheriche (4280m)

DAY 15: Trek Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3440m) 6-7 Hours Trek

After Breakfast we continue our descent along the Imja Valley, consider following the main Everest base camp trail down the beautifully scenic valley, we pass through the villages of Tsuro Wog, Orsho shomare and reach Pangboche at the base of Ama Dablam. We cross the bridge over Imja Khola nad pass through the Deboche Village and reach Tengboche. We spend a brief time at Tengboche Monastery, Observe its many prayer wheels. From Tengboche a steep descent of about 500m leads through rhododendron bushes and fir trees to the Dudh Koshi River. We cross the first bridge over Dudh Koshi nga. Further we passthe village of on our return trip at Phunki Tashinga and sansa before finally reaching beautiful village of Namche Bazaar. We lookout for wildlife such as mountain goats, snow leopards, and colourful pheasants while passing through the forest by the trail.

DAY 16: Trek Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2800m) 6-7 Hours Trek

After Breakfast a steep descent from Namche Bazaar Hill leads to the Suspension Bridge crossing the dudh Koshi river near the confluence of the Dhudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers. We cross the Dudh Koshi River twice at Separate Locations before reaching Monjo. We are out of the Sagarmatha National park after exiting from its official entrance near Monjo. We are further enjoy a combo of open plains, rhododendron and pine forests, and in the distant background K wangde peak. We cross the several time of dhud Koshi River and get back to Lukla. Our fantastic trek Culminates on happy note with everyone back safe and sound with faces that show happiness!. Today our porters are will take their leave.

DAY 17: Fly Back Lukla to Kathmandu & Evening Farewell Dinner at Nepali Cultural Program [1300m.] 

Today, after an early breakfast at Lukla, we will looking return flight to Kathmandu. We can rest and relax throughout the day at hotel in Kathmandu. We will manage the time for this today as well. At the evening we will be at a fantastic celebration dinner together for successfully completion our trek to Everest Base Camp Hosted by Hevan Adventure (p) Ltd. Kathmandu Nepal!!!

DAY 18: Rest day at Kathmandu OR, Shopping 

This today our trekking/tour almost over and nothing to do left. Breakfast at hotel in Kathmandu if we are interested to take some gifts home from Nepal for friends and relatives, we can visit to some nearby shope or venture out in thamel for typical Nepalese goods Or rest at Hotel at Kathmandu.

DAY 19: Final Departure!!!!

This is the day for departing but it is not our break up!!!! You are living this tiny heaven; missing the life and time you spent here. You will fly back to your destination/home with warm love from this country of Lord Buddha. Heaven Treks will be with you to drop off at the Airport/Bus Station. We must plan to reach airport approximately 3 hours for boarding and customs purposes.
