Group Catering Manager
Our Client is a well respected “Not for Profit” group providing Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, and Home Care. The main role of the Catering Manager is to inspire, motivate and empower the team to excel in Customer Service.

Sure, you need to know about P&Ls, best practices, recruitment and business strategies, to ensure that service and standards are lifted within budget and improvements are implemented to achieve quality in this sphere.
You will need
· Degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition/Culinary Nutrition, or equivalent.
· NSW Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation.
· Experience in Aged or Healthcare organisations, and complex Lifestyle, Well-being & Volunteer programs.
· Strong relationship-building and influence with senior leaders, Ability to travel both Intrastate and Interstate
