HAGS Sit-up Hyper Extension Bench 

Sit up Hyper Extension outdoor gym equipment combination offers a comprehensive core workout with various exercises. It includes a sit up and body curl/leg raise option on an inclined bunk, a hyperextension exercise on a dedicated HX bunk, and entry-level triceps dips using the foot bars of the sit-up bunk.

Designed to share the same post as the Double Sit-Up, it allows for an easy upgrade to existing units. Available in six standard colors: Green, Titanium, Anthracite, Spectrum Yellow, Black/Lime Green, and Titanium/Lime Green.
