Happy Holidays and 2025 Wishes

In 2024, I generated a considerable amount of content and presented at international Dreamin' events. Was that sufficient?

The introduction of Data Cloud, Copilot, and Agentforce was exciting. However, I faced challenges accessing, learning about, and training on these solutions throughout the last year. The fact that these products were rapidly changing made it difficult for me to generate content about them.

When I look at the market, I see sentiments at the extremes. Some drink the cool aid and think that AI can already do the things it can't, so they are super hopeful it will supercharge their business today. Others believe AI is rapidly progressing and will take their job away, and therefore, are super sad to the extent of inactivity: They don't think they can prepare for this future.

As we travel through uncharted waters, we must experiment with new technologies and train others. The future can not be predicted, but guesses and forecasts can undoubtedly be educated.

I will tackle this task in 2025 so others can dream and execute.
