Happy Pride

June marked the start of PRIDE Month - a time when the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer+) community and allies from all over the world commemorate the plight for acceptance and rights for LGBTQ+ members following the Stonewall uprising of June 1969 in New York City.

Since then, countless PRIDE events from parades to workshops, are organized annually in cities across the globe to celebrate and educate. Many events are also open to allies from outside the LGBTQ+ community and offer opportunities to show support, listen, and learn more about the community.

This month, we will join millions of people across the world in recognizing PRIDE Month and either creating or increasing awareness of workplace Diversity. Workplace Diversity becomes a company's competitive advantage to increase human capital, increase employee engagement, increase innovation, and increase company's profits.

Our participant network is made up of hundreds of talented and diverse individuals and we look forward in celebrating everyone's unique perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds.
