#200: Have You Found Your "Ikigai" Yet?
Introduction

"Ikigai", or in common parlance "what gets you up in the morning" is a Japanese concept that has taken firm root in Western ideas of self-development.
On the personal development courses we run at Manage Train Learn, we've used Ikigai for many years to help people, who are often unsure about whether they are in the right job or career, to use the simple, but profound, steps of Ikigai to find clarity and direction.
So, today, if you're new to it, or simply want a refresher, we're giving Ikigai a new lease of life so that you can take a look at yourself and decide if are on the right track in your own job and career...
