Hire the odd one out!

Hire the odd one out!

Hire the odd one out! Yes, this is me asking you to hire me! Because Innovation, progression, leading a learning group of experts is hard and takes the perspective of the odd one out. We can help! Infusing teachings from design, art, math, psychology and tech into your developing future business is even more tough. That's why you need to hire people with a holistic view on business, policy, brands, media, innovation. You need the odd one out!

Unfortunately, cool people like yourself can’t seem to find me. So, here’s my plea: search for the odd one out! We’re fun, interesting and smart people that help you to stay ahead of the game.

Spot the Odd One Out

So, how can you spot us in the wild? Make sure you take notes! Talk to your dear recruiters and do yourself a favor. These are the common denominators that unite the odd one out and will make your organization complete:

  • Commonly we are years ahead of the trends, like combining tech, media, philosophy, research and using the depth of topics.
  • We have atypical careers, because its ‘the interesting’ that drives us to our next job.
  • By that virtue we think holistically. We combine our newly found skills with each iteration.
  • We also apply that holistic perspective on our own organization: HR, recruitment, leadership, housing, are combined pilars of getting shtuff done.
  • We publish independently about developments, challenges and interesting cross disciplinary collaborations.
  • We are highly engaged people that use storytelling and making to discover and create better futures.
  • We tell it like it is and we deliver. We will progress you.

Let's take me for example:

  • I make empathic things for real people, I teach and write about empathic processes, system innovation, branding, research and progress.
  • I've successfully reinvented myself and created a new role every three years.
  • I made innovative concepts to help people better read between the lines in stressful situations using cognitive services.
  • I experimented with and researched accessibility, ableism, behavioral economics, all kinds of design, ethics, tech, business, governments, brands, management, media and more.
  • The perspective of people, the context, history, culture is always at the core. No ego.
  • I love to work on problems that impact everyone. For example governments that don't seem have the right means and structure to empathically measure the effect of policies and projects on people.
  • I love the agency! A place where people are pushed to be exceptionally drive progress, rather than become mediocre commodity spewing robots.
  • Doing, making and storytelling is my mantra! When I work, you'll see it!
  • I work in the focus point of brand, experience, business, organization and innovation. Going from talking the talk to walking the walk. Failing fast for growth.

Looking for the odd one out? Let’s hook up!

I consult, but love to collaborate. I produce, but prefer to cocreate. I tell stories, but I rather help you tell YOUR stories. I can give you direction, but I'd rather create a compass.

I can higly recommend Peet. His non-standard approach results in brilliant ideas. I remember the day he was making paper cows to test patterns which resulted in face recognition and drone solutions.

So true.
