Many companies conduct annual employee surveys. These surveys are supposed to be used to gather employee feedback to enhance workplace culture, engagement, and overall satisfaction.

Well, the analysts at Goldman Sachs gave some shocking and lowkey depressing feedback.

I wonder how Goldman Sachs is going to respond to this feedback to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and quality of life.

Job Search Red Flags

I tell all of my clients to pay close attention throughout the interview process because the actions of the potential employer are one of the best indicators of what it would be like to work for that company.

If the application is overly bureaucratic or burdensome, the company is probably inefficient.

If they communicate poorly throughout the process, there may be some communication issues in the organization.

Alternative Job Search Sites

Where do you search for your jobs?

If you said LinkedIn, Indeed, or Glassdoor, then you might be getting caught up with tons of applicants.
