"Call For Back Up" is a workshop designed to help you and your team of Officer's, Trooper's, Fire Fighter's and EMT's work through the mental and emotional obstacles that come as a result of the everyday stress and trauma from the job.

Jennifer shares the steps it took for her to never throw in the towel, overcome social stigma and not choose self-defeating behaviors...

Participants will learn from her personal experience with EMDR, therapy, medication, self-help practices, and some techniques she's developed herself, how to move forward in a positive direction.

This workshop ends on an action plan approach where those in attendance get to evaluate for themselves personally what’s going on and consider what steps they may choose to take.
