Physiological needs

Safety needs

include things like security, stability, and protection from harm. These needs are important for people to feel safe and secure in their environment.

Love and belonging needs

include things like friendship, intimacy, and a sense of belonging. These needs are important for people to feel connected to others and to feel like they are part of a group.

Esteem needs

include things like self-respect, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. These needs are important for people to feel good about themselves and to feel like they are valued.

Self-actualisation needs

include things like personal growth, creativity, and the fulfillment of one's potential. These needs are important for people to feel like they are living their best lives and reaching their full potential.
