How to Convert Cold Leads To Warm OR Even Hot Using A Lead Maximizer Case Study

How to Convert Cold Leads To Warm OR Even Hot Using A Lead Maximizer Case Study

Only a few course creators do it. And for those not doing it, you’re losing a ton of leads by having this one.

Do you know what that is?

Case Studies.

A case study is an efficient marketing strategy you can have when it comes to promoting your courses or programs. It’s solid proof that your program or product really works.

Some prospects were not convinced by a few testimonials and would like to see a more in-depth story of a transformation.

And that’s where case study comes in.

Do you want to create one for your course or your business?

Here’s how you can do your own case study:

Hero Image

Insert a screenshot to show proof of the result immediately. Like "a $47K-sales-generated-in-just-1-day-of-using-a-unique-email-process" screenshot in the dashboard.

Headline

Make sure that the headline gives your reader the biggest bang! Meaning make it appealing and at the same time, leave a touch of curiosity so readers will give you their time to read your case study.

Then, put an intro which taps the pain of your target audience.

Something along the lines of… “Generating sales for your come business is difficult, especially if you’re relying your sales on FB ads conversion. You’ve spent yada yada yada… then you should read what happened to XYS Company.

The Story

Introduce the client. Focus on what they do, who they are, their mission and their goal related to your offer.

XYS is a digital marketing company based in the US who owns an online store selling hair products. Its mission is _. Their goal is _.

The Problem

After the story, get to the problem.

State the problem of the client and give more details about it.

If possible, use their exact words as to what challenges they have related to their business.

Make it more vivid. Give more details.

For example…

“The client went through a lot of campaigns.

They tried running FB ads. Spent $4,561. — No result.

They tried SEO for 6 straight months — No changes in sales.

They tried promoting through social media by posting their products — Zero result.

They even told me to hire an email marketing expert, yet I disagree because I know there’s something we can do to make things better for them — to get the results they’re looking for.”

Just focus on what their business is doing “prior” to you working with them — the “before” picture.

The Experience

Transition to the time you and the client talked or the time they encounter your course or program.

Further tell how they go through the program, their realization, their goal as to why they get your program in the first place.

Briefly state how you end up working together.

Example:

I reached out to X, the owner of XYS Company, to offer my fast cash sequence. They agreed.

Mention what you’ve done to get the project started.

Example: I hopped on a call with X and asked about their business, their goals and plans.

I’ve also done a campaign audit to see the current status of their email campaign.

What you’ve discovered based on your process. Give exact facts and data.

Example:

"Based on my audit, I’ve found out that they have 5k subscribers and get zero sales from sales campaigns. Their messaging is _. And their conversion is so-so — (insert exact figures)."

The Solution

Mention how you go about giving them the solution. Don’t mention the result yet here — just your unique process of how you do it.

If you’re selling a course, emphasize how your course helped them from where they are to where they want to go. So tell the process of how they go from point A going to point B. But don’t mention the endpoint just yet.

Mention the actual result on the next part.

The Result

Mention what’s the result - may it be from the course or from the service you’ve provided for that particular client.

For this instance…

"Using the (insert your unique strategy), I’ve helped (insert company) generate $47K sales in just 1 day without spending a dime on ads."

You can even mention a testimonial in this part where they say how great the campaign went.

You can also include screenshots of actual results or actual testimonials from them.

The testimonial will form part of the case study and will also play a role in generating leads for your business.

The Conclusion

Future pace them on the results they want to achieve related to your offer. It’s like telling them what the result or ultimate benefit they can get from getting your service or course.

Example:

Imagine your business getting $47K sale in just 1 day without spending a single cent in FB ads.

Imagine how fast you can scale your business from 6-figures to 7-figures per month using emails.

Imagine yada yada yada.

If you want to get the same result just like X did, simply click the button below and schedule a call.
