Every HR Function has its own:

- Objective (Must be related to the company mission)

- Budget

- Policy including all procedures (To not waste the resources)

- KPI's (Measuring and monitoring the implementation)

- Plan

If you find this very basic information something strange for you, then you know nothing about HR!!
