1yThanks for sharing Stuart and yes, totally agree critical chain absolutely works and helps resolve many of the typical issues experienced in projects which ultimately results in late delivery, additional costs and added team pressures which are encountered in projects again and again (and again). Not forgetting the embarrassment and impact of going back to the Board or Steering Committee cap in hand requesting “can I have some more please?” and the dreaded response being “I’m confused, I thought we were on track, why am I just hearing about this now?”
